The screener then asks a short series of qualifying questions specific to your condition (for example, A1c range for diabetes, recent diagnosis date for cancer). Our routing engine immediately evaluates the open protocols at every IRB-approved research site in our nationwide network against your profile. The best-matched site receives your information — typically within seconds — via API, email, or SMS depending on their preference. A credentialed research coordinator at that site calls you within 48 hours to confirm eligibility, explain the study, and schedule a screening visit if you're a fit. If the first site can't reach you or doesn't respond, our system can re-route to a backup site so you don't fall through the cracks. The whole process is free, privacy-protected, and you can stop at any point.
