Inclusion Criteria:
1. RA patients fulfilled the 2010 American College of Rheumatoid Arthritis classification criteria.\[8\]
2. Oligoarticular RA patients including wrist joint.
3. Age above 18 years old.
4. Patient cooperative and can answer questions.
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Other rheumatologic or collagen diseases.
2. Age below 18 years.
3. Patients who underwent concomitant procedures to address underlying pathology such as radial styloidectomy, ulna shortening, fracture fixation, arthroplasty, arthrodesis, and ligament reconstructions.
4. Patients who suffered from hand deformities or limitation.
5. Uncooperative patients.
