Inclusion Criteria: * Registered nurses within the first five years of practice * Between the ages of 21 to 65 years * Currently working in a healthcare setting in SIngapore Exclusion Criteria: * Participated in a similar death conversation program * Received training in Advance Care Planning or Serious Illness Conversations * Any self-reported history of mental health disorders (e.g., depression), or neurological disorders (e.g., brain tumors)
